Legal Advice?

Last night i went out drinkin pretty hard with my buddys. We primed at their place, then went to the bar i work at, then went to the only good place here on a sunday night.

Close to the end of the night i gather that i got cut off and asked to leave. My buddy went to gather the rest of my friends so we could leave. After my buddy left to fetch the rest of my buddies, 2 bouncers grabbed me by the arms and dragged me up the stairs.

At the top of the stairs a third bouncer joined and they all had their fucking way in kicing the shit out of me.

Obvious injururies are limited to my chin being split open and an inability to walk because one of the bouncers hoofed me in the leg.

Before i call my lawyer, i thought i'd as for any legally wise 'clones' here to have a crack at my case!?

-Watch what cars the bouncers walk to as they leave. Next day, bricks through those windows.
-Enter the club with a bags of dog shit and leave them open in strategic locations.
-stop going to the butch homo clubs and find some femme boys place next time.

My "legal" advice would be to NOT repeat that bullshit story to a judge while under oath.

Definitly my group.

I can deal with the blood and shit. This story will live on, and we had some good laughs with the cops that took my statement (which was a joke in itself), and i'll probably get a fat check from them.

If i don't sue, then there will definitly be bricks thrown.

The bar is the cheapest dive in town ($2 drinks with tip - $1.26US), so the dog shit wouldn't make much of a difference. They'd take it as an improvement.

I called the cops to see what the bouncers said, but blah blah blah i have to call back tonight.

YT - why do you suggest i don't tell that to a judge? This is all for real! No bullshit!

If the cheapest dive in town charges 2 bucks for a drink and has three bouncers, it is not a dive and is not the cheapest. Fucking dive bars have regulars who are rejects from the VFW hall who would enforce any rules that needed enforcing. Not only that, but I wouldn't go to a place that fucking charges 2 bucks for a beer unless it came in a pitcher. Go find some place that serves Lone Star, Olympia, Stag or No Style and then start using the word dive with more certainty.
